What this PR does / why we need it:

Which issue this PR fixes

As we know, bitnami is changing their repositories: bitnami/containers#83267
To be sure we are still able to deploy that chart after the 28.8.25, I switched docker repos to bitnamilegacy as recommended. OCI charts don't move.

Most important facts:

- All existing container images will be moved from the public catalog docker.io/bitnami to docker.io/bitnamilegacy
- Already packaged Helm charts will remain available at docker.io/bitnamicharts
- Deploying these charts will not work out-of-the-box unless you override the bundled images with valid ones.
